ATLANTA (AP) _ Shaun Fein scored 22 points, capping his final home game with a rare dunk for his final basket as Georgia Tech downed Clemson 85-64 on Sunday.

It was the sixth victory in nine games for the Yellow Jackets (16-10, 8-7 Atlantic Coast Conference) and clinched at least a .500 conference mark. Tech closes the regular season at Florida State Wednesday night.

Tony Akins and Marvin Lewis each added 14 points and T.J. Vines 12 for the Jackets, who used a 9-0 run early in the second half to build a 51-37 lead that stretched to 66-47 at the midway point.

Clemson (11-16, 2-12) got 14 points from Tony Stockman, who hit 4-of-7 3-pointers. Will Solomon, the ACC's No. 2 scorer, added 13, eight below his average.

The first half saw nine lead changes and four ties before Tech took the lead for good on Fein's baseline drive that broke a 26-26 tie with 3:11 left in the half. The Jackets built the lead to 36-31 at intermission.

After a basket by Vines made it 66-47 with 9:44 to play, Clemson went on an 8-0 run that featured two free throws and a layup by Chris Hobbs to cut the lead to 66-55, but that was as close as the Tigers got.

Hobbs and Edward Scott each added 10 points for Clemson and Hobbs had 10 rebounds.

Fein's dunk came on a breakaway with 1:53 remaining and gave the Jackets an 80-6 lead.
