RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Anthony Grundy fired for 21 points and Archie Miller added 20 Saturday as North Carolina State rolled to a 91-63 victory over Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo.

The Wolfpack led from start to finish and took control early with a 16-2 run midway through the first half.

Miller banged in consecutive 3-pointers just 12 seconds apart to give N.C. State a 40-18 lead just before halftime. N.C. State rolled to a 43-23 lead by the break.

Miller and Grundy each hit a 3-pointer during a string of 15 unanswered points that the Wolfpack used to push the lead to 58-25 by the 17:01 mark of the second half. Grundy finished with five 3-pointers and Miller connected on four.

The margin ballooned to 75-39 on a free throw by Wilkins with 9:15 to play. The Mustangs never got closer after that than the final score.

N.C. State's first-half shooting was more accurate from outside the arc (6-for-12) than inside (9-of-22).

Damien Wilkins had 15 points while Damon Thornton and Scooter Sherrill each chipped in eight points for N.C. State (8-3).

Jamaal Scott scored 19 points for Cal Poly (5-4), which suffered its second straight loss. Chris Bjorklund added 12 points and Varnie Dennis came off the bench for 10 Mustang points.
